We recommend you talk to more than one trainer before deciding on working with one. You might also consider taking a training sessions from more than one trainer to see if their style or instruction is going to be something you can work with. Some people need a Drill Sergeant type trainer and some need more of a gentle encourager. Keep in mind that no matter your trainers style of coaching you need give maximum effort to gain maximum results.
